Jet Chang scored 22 pointe before foulling out and Brigham Young-Hawaii hit 11 3-pointers to defeat Bloomfield (N.J.) 96-89  in today’s NCAA Division II Men’s Basketball Tournament quarterfinal in Springfield, Mass.

Jake Dastrup hit four 3-pointers en route to 16 points, and Marques Whippy and Gary Satterwhite each added 12 for the Seasiders (21-8).

BYU-Hawaii will meet top-ranked West Liberty (33-0) in tomorrow’s semifinal at 2:30 p.m. Hawaii time.
