Teen allegedly steals cell phone as woman is using it
A 16-year-old juvenile boy was arrested for stealing a cell phone from a woman while she was using it at an Ala Moana bus stop yesterday afternoon.
Police said the 58-year-old woman and a witness chased the suspect and identified the juvenile for police. The phone was recovered.
