Honolulu is reminding landowners that the second installment of their property taxes for the current tax year is due next Tuesday.

The city says tax bills have been mailed to all property owners or agents taking care of their accounts.

Landowners who haven’t received a bill should contact the city immediately.

The city says not receiving a bill will not exempt people from meeting the payment deadline. Those who miss the deadline will be assessed a late penalty of up to 10 percent plus interest of 12 percent a year.
