Kalihi man captures alleged burglar
A Kalihi man went out to his garage and found a 29-year-old man inside his vehicle early yesterday morning, police said.
The owner chased the 29 year old down the road and detained him until police arrived.
The suspect allegedly had items on him that belonged to the vehicle and other items from a nearby home, police said.
He was arrested for investigation of two counts of first-degree burglary.
