Dr. Clayton Everline uses "T" straps to stretch the pectoralis minor muscle, a small chest muscle that gets a heavy workout from stroking into a wave. With the long end suspended from a tree or hook, top, Everline pulls the handles in a rowing motion, angling his arms and body in different ways, trying to pull his shoulder blades back and down.
