iQ 360’s Honolulu office has announced the hiring of Mei Jie Wu as account coordinator. Wu is a recent University of Hawaii graduate. iQ 360 is an integrated communications agency that offers public relations, marketing, content and creative services to clients in the United States.

>> Eric Wright will become president of the state’s only petroleum refinery, effective Jan. 1. Wright has served as senior vice president since March 2017.

>> Mark Hepburn is the vice president of logistics. Hepburn joined the company in February.

International Cultural Exchange Serv­ices in Honolulu has announced the hiring of Asami Samples as local coordinator. ICES is a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving high school exchange students throughout the world.
