Dine in Chinatown event provides small boost to area merchants

Carrie G. walks her dog, Kaya, down Hotel Street on Saturday. A portion of Hotel Street was closed off to vehicular traffic for the city's “Dine in Chinatown” event. Bicycles, skateboards, baby carriages, and pedestrians were allowed down the middle of the street without the threat of traffic.
