A ring of high-rise buildings under construction or in planning stages is closing the curtain on the familiar, famous view from the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific. This structure at 999 Wilder Ave. is the first to begin blotting the view from the cemetery, but even it won’t be in view for long.
