Warning siren malfunctions in Pearl City
An outdoor warning siren malfunctioned this Tuesday in Pearl City.
The city Department of Emergency Management sent out a bulletin at 9:28 a.m. advising of the malfunction, noting that there was no emergency and siren technicians are investigating.
