Moanalua Road westbound reopens after police investigation
Honolulu police reopened the westbound lanes of Moanalua Road from Waimano Home Road to Hoolaulea Street in Pearl City.
The lane closures occurred sometime before 5:40 a.m. today due to a police investigation.
