We have had two mass shootings in the United States in less than 24 hours, and all we can come up with is thoughts and prayers. Families have lost loved ones and they’re broken, and that’s all we have? Pathetic.
These families want action. They want meaningful gun reform at the federal level. Until that happens, these victims’ lives would be lost in vain. All victims hear when politicians offer thoughts and prayers is this: “These mass shootings are just a small price we have to pay to maintain an individual’s right to commit mass shootings.”
