Citizens should become more involved in finding the facts amid the mass of political confusion. I encourage people to read the Mueller report. Even with redactions, the report lays out a unique window into the facts.
Part of the misinformation from the attorney general was to deny the public the summaries prepared by the actual investigators. The report is laborious to read but I wish I had read it immediately instead of reading other people’s opinions.
If voters do not inform themselves, we cannot maintain a democracy. We live in a world of slogans and sound bites that leaves our brains subject to manipulations. I would challenge that even if you cannot personally read the report, designate someone you trust to read it and share the information.
