So let me get this straight: I want to open a discount hardware store in my garage (not really), but I can’t because my property is not zoned for this operation.
However, up against my property is a two-story mini-hotel complete with swimming pool and barbecue area. I have received notes not to park on the area next to the road as this is for the tenants.
So I Google illegal vacation rentals in Kailua and what comes up? More ads for them. I guess I should roll over and play dead.
Not in my nature.
