I went to the DMV office at Kapalama Satellite City Hall to renew my driver’s license. I am over age 70 so I have to renew my license every two years (I would like to see that requirement changed to four years).
I had made an online appointment a few weeks earlier. My appointment was at 9 a.m., and my number was called at 9 a.m. precisely. I was processed and left within 25 minutes — such an improvement from two years ago, when I was there for 3-1/2 hours.
