H-1 eastbound lanes in Makiki reopen after traffic incidents
The H-1 eastbound lanes in Makiki have been reopened after a traffic incident forced the closure of all but one lane and the left lane of the Piikoi onramp this morning.
The incident occurred at approximately 4:15 a.m.
Traffic was heavy in the area throughout the morning rush hour.
