Proponents to end the Honolulu rail transit system at Middle Street owe themselves and your readers a visit to Middle Street. It certainly is not a destination for anyone.
Middle Street is home to a thousand empty buses, and the evanescent emanations wafting from Love’s Bakery. There is no there, there.
All construction is an undertaking of risk. There are no risk-adverse folks participating in construction projects.
The terminus should be beyond Ala Moana, to the original target: the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
