If stopping the rail at Middle Street would save only $450 million, the city should do the last five miles to Ala Moana Center (“Stopping rail short might save $450 million,” Star-Advertiser, April 1). $450 million seems like a bargain to go down Dillingham Boulevard and through Kakaako to Ala Moana Center.
