How is it we are told, if you legalize gambling, your schools will be funded? If you legalize marijuana, your roads will be fixed? How is it most states have done this and yet, the situation continues to be the same for streets, schools and budget shortfalls nationwide?

Here, we continue to add taxes to other vices like smoking, and consider adding taxes to soft drinks. Now we want to increase our gas taxes for roads. How long until we will be taxed out of existence?
