Prometheus Construction workers were seen on Tuesday lowering a drilling rig via secured winch down the face of the mountain above the Pali tunnels where workers rappel down to operate the rig for the drilling of holes into the rock with a minimum of 2 1/2 feet depth. The slope is then covered in concrete to further secure the rebar which will be the base structure for a future fencing and cable structure to limit rock slides.
