Motorists are urged to drive with caution due to a water main break near Kualoa Ranch this morning.
Traffic is being contraflowed on Kamehameha Highway near Kualoa Ranch in Windward Oahu due to a ruptured 6-inch fire hydrant water line.
Traffic is being contraflowed on the highway near Johnson Road as Honolulu Board of Supply crews conduct repairs.
Motorists are advised to exercise caution in the area.
