Authorities are searching for a work furlough inmate who failed to return Wednesday afternoon to the Laumaka Work Furlough Center.
Jason Westbrook, 38, was supposed to return to custody by 2:30 p.m. He is described as 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighing 221 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
Westbrook, who is serving time for first-degree burglary, is a community custody inmate in the work furlough program with pass privileges.
Anyone with information is asked to call 911 or the Sheriff’s Division of the Department of Public Safety at 586-1352.
