After two years of the Trump administration, it has become glaringly obvious that the president is both a con man and a coward.

A couple of examples: He promised Mexico would pay for a wall with full knowledge he had no way of getting them to agree to such an arrangement. He knows that Russia interfered in the 2016 presidential election, yet has said he believes Russian President Vladimir Putin over our intelligence agencies.

During the campaign he stated over and over that he had no business interest with the Russians. These are obvious cons. Lastly, he said early on in the Mueller investigation he would be happy to testify and answer questions for the special counsel. This is both con and cowardice.

He is intentionally dragging our country through its most difficult challenge to democracy. Shame on him.
