If you’re traveling on Hawaiian Airlines, or know someone who is, listen up: Changes have come to the check-in site.
Starting today, passengers flying nonstop to Japan need to head to Lobby 4 of Terminal 2, which is a left curve past Hawaiian Air’s familiar Terminal 1. Then come Jan. 9, all of Hawaiian’s international and America Samoa flyers will use Lobby 4, in an effort to ease long security lines.
As for Hawaiian Air’s domestic travelers, Terminal 1 remains your check-in site, hopefully with less congestion. Adding to the easing here is a new TSA checkpoint on the ground level, now open daily during the 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. peak period, for those without strollers or not in need of special assistance.
