Samantha Lambrigtsen finished with 23 points and nine rebounds and Alysha Marcucci added 18 points as the Hawaii Pacific women’s basketball team beat Saint Martin’s 86-67 in the Oahu Christmas Classic on Saturday at St. Francis School.
Amy Baum had 11 points and Breanna Mackenzie added 10 for the Sharks (6-4), who won their fifth straight game. HPU, which had 13 steals, led 41-16 at halftime.
Saniah Simpson scored 34 points for the Saints (3-6).

No. 20 Chaminade men beat Holy Names
Erik Scheive scored a career-high 26 points, Grant Dressler added 21 and Tyler Cartaino had 20 as the No. 20 Chaminade men’s basketball team beat Holy Names 87-78 on Saturday at McCabe Gym.
The Silverswords (7-0, 4-0 PacWest) trailed 52-45 with 15:41 remaining, but a 9-0 run capped by Cartaino’s layup gave them a two-point lead.
Kyvonte Davis scored 18 points for the Hawks (3-7, 2-3 PacWest).
