Thanksgiving usually focuses on food. Consider adding daily nourishment for the mind. This practice might be thought of as, “A happy time is a sharing time.”
End the last meal of each day with a conversation in which everyone states the high point of his or her day. That said, the next step is to confess the low point.
The long-term potential is well worth the effort — aiming toward a better quality of life.
