Regarding the letter, “Strikers should think about their future” (Star-Advertiser, Nov. 17): The hotel worker strikers are thinking about their future and the futures of their families.
Reminding strikers that tourism is Hawaii’s leading economy is unnecessary. I think no one knows this better than the strikers, especially those who are working two or three jobs to make ends meet. To the strikers, mahalo for your courage. Mahalo for standing your ground.
