Short-term bonds to help fund rail

Mayor Kirk Caldwell said Monday his administration will use proceeds from selling short-term commercial paper to supply $44 million for the rail project. The rail support structure being built over Kamehameha Highway between the Arizona Memorial and Aloha Stadium as of Oct. 18.
