Why vote? It doesn’t matter. One party always wins. The Star-Advertiser continuously endorses the incumbent who has a D beside his or her name. I see sign wavers and don’t know who they are. I get door hangers and mail and never heard of the names on them. I throw them in the trash.

Is this you? Wake up, Hawaii. Your vote does count. If you vote just because there is a D beside a name, rethink Hawaii.

High taxes, housing costs, rail, homelessness, graduated general excise tax.

If you continue to vote just D, realize D is one step above F.
