A Kauai Circuit Court judge on Wednesday sentenced a 27-year-old man to 35 years’ imprisonment for sexual assault cases involving three victims, one as young as 11.
Judge Kathleen Watanabe sentenced Jesse Korn, formerly of Koloa, to serve 20-, 10- and five-year terms consecutively, amounting to 35 years, Kauai Prosecutor Justin Kollar announced in a news release.
He also faces deportation following his sentence because he is not a U.S. citizen.
Korn sexually assaulted three different victims, one as young as 11, in the early morning hours of Dec. 10. Korn entered two different units while the victims slept in the Kawailehua public housing complex.
