Democrats won the latest battle to reject the Supreme Court nominee by convincing a naïve GOP swing voter to delay the Senate vote until after another FBI investigation — the seventh for Brett Kavanaugh.

There are never any Democrat swing voters, only Republican. The Democrats are using Christine Blasey Ford and Kavanaugh as pawns in their effort to resist all that President Donald Trump does and deny him another justice.

Democrats have absolutely no interest in the results of the investigation, except to take advantage of the delay to continue to smear the nominee and postpone the vote until the midterms. Democrats are actually soliciting the public for further false accusations.

Ford can’t remember where or when the alleged incident took place and has no evidence or supporting witnesses. In fact, witnesses disavow knowledge of any such incident. This doesn’t pass the common sense test.

To be fair, the FBI should look at her past and what ties she has to liberal activists. That would be real equality.
