Locations, a local residential real estate brokerage firm with offices on Oahu and Maui, is expanding to Hawaii island with the acquisition of Clark Realty Corp.

Honolulu-based Locations announced the acquisition Tuesday and did not disclose financial terms of the deal.

Clark Realty will continue to operate under Frank Goodale who will stay on as president, Locations said. The company added that any changes will occur gradually through integration efforts.

Locations, established in 1969, has five offices on Oahu and one on Maui with a combined total of nearly 300 agents. Clark Realty was established in 1995 and is based in Kailua-Kona with about 120 agents.
