>> Consolidated Theatres closed
>> Hawaii Farm Bureau’s farmers’ markets at Kapiolani Community College Saturday and Mililani High School Sunday.
>> Neal S. Blaisdell Center and Waikiki Shell closed
>> Greek Festival Hawaii canceled.
USPS MAIL
>>Oahu: Weather and conditions permitting, all post offices on Oahu will be open and providing mail delivery, and there will be mail pickup from blue USPS mail boxes
>> Hawaii island: Weather and conditions permitting, there will be mail delivery from these post offices on the west side of the Big Island: Captain Cook, Hawi, Holualoa, Honaunau, Honokaa, Kailua Kona, Kamuela, Kapaau, Kealakekua, and Waikoloa; retail services at those offices, however, will be closed; all other Big Island post offices will be closed completely; there will be no mail pickup from blue USPS mail boxes
>> Maui County and Kauai – There will be no mail delivery and all post offices will be closed on Saturday; there will be no mail pickup from blue USPS mail boxes
LIBRARIES AND MUSEUMS
>> All public libraries on Hawaii island, Maui, Oahu and Kauai closed
>> Bishop Museum closed
>> Iolani Palace will be closed for tours through Sunday, reopening Monday at 9 a.m. Guests with confirmed reservations will receive full refunds or the option to reschedule.
>> Hawaiian Mission Houses Historic Site and Archives closed
>> USS Arizona Memorial closed
>> Battleship Missouri Memorial closed
>> Punchbowl Cemetery closed
>> Shangri La Museum of Islamic Art, Culture & Design will be closed through Saturday and reopening for tours on Aug. 30.
>> Honolulu Museum of Art, the Art School and Spalding House closed
>> Children’s Discovery Center closed
PARKS AND RECREATION
>> Hawaii Volcanoes National Park Kahuku Unit will be open Saturday and Sunday
>> City and County of Honolulu golf courses open on Sunday
>> Honolulu Zoo open on Sunday
>> Waikiki Aquarium closed
>> Sea Life Park Hawaii closed
>> Waimea Valley closed
>> All parks on Oahu, including beach parks island-wide will open on Sunday. Hanauma Bay will remain closed.
>> Haleakala National Park summit and Kipahulu districts, including the Hosmer Grove Campgrounds. All cabin reservations have been canceled.
>> Puuhonua o Honaunau and Kalaoko-Honokohau national historical parks closed
>> Camping and lodging in state parks across the state (except Kaua‘i); overnight use of Kaena Point State Park; Waianapanapa State Park on Maui; Nuuanu Pali State Wayside Park; Haena State Park and Napali Coast State Wilderness Park remain closed due to flooding in April; All Division of Forestry and Wildlife lands, including forest reserves, natural area reserves, game management areas, wildlife sanctuaries, public hunting areas and Na Ala Hele trails.
ATHLETIC EVENTS
>> All public school interscholastic events are postponed through Sunday, including six varsity football games on Oahu on Saturday
>> UH’s Rainbow Wahine Soccer Invitational is canceled. The games will not be rescheduled.
GOVERNMENT SERVICES
>> Hawaii County solid waste facilities resume normal operations Saturday.
>> Garbage pickup on Oahu resumes Monday for both regular opala and bulky items. Transfer Stations and Convenience Centers will reopen on Sunday.
>> Hawaii island and Maui County courts and facilities closed.
>> The state Supreme Court extended filings and hearings scheduled for that period at 2nd and 3rd Circuit courts to Monday. Hearings canceled due to the closure will be rescheduled.
>> Oahu and Kauai courthouses closed.
>> Hawaii County transfer stations and landfills closed
>> Department of Veterans Affairs Kona, Hilo, and the Maui Community Based Outpatient Clinic; Molokai VA Clinic, Leeward and Kauai CBOC; Spark Matsunaga VA Medical Center Ambulatory Care Clinic closed through Saturday
>> Kauai County offices and the Kauai Department of Water offices closed
>> State Department of Public Safety jail/prison visits statewide are subject to cancellations
>> Hawaii Electric Light’s Customer Service and Engineering offices
HONOLULU CITY AND COUNTY
>> Satellite city halls and driver licensing locations on Oahu. Driver training and driver’s license appointments are suspended. The Department of Customer Services will be contacting those who had a road test canceled in order to reschedule.
TRANSPORTATION
>> TheBus will slowly resume service on Saturday at 2 p.m. However, the W Routes to Waikiki will begin morning peak-hour service from ’Ewa Beach, Waipahu, and Kalihi. FREE SERVICE will be provided on TheBus all day Saturday.
>> Reservations for Handi-Van service will begin again at 8 a.m. on Saturday and service will resume at 2 p.m.
HEALTH/OTHER SERVICES
>> Kaiser Permanente: Pharmacy and Laboratory Services at Waipio Medical Office and Honolulu Medical Office will be closed Saturday. Emergency care, pharmacy, and laboratory services are available at Moanalua Medical Center.
>>The Queen’s Medical Center and The Queen’s Medical Center-West Oahu are postponing all elective procedures and surgeries Saturday.
>> Tripler Army Medical Center Inpatient Clinics and the TAMC Emergency Department will be available. The NEX Pharmacy closed through Saturday.
>> Catholic Charities Hawai‘i offices statewide and the Lanakila Multi-Purpose Senior Center in Kalihi closed.
>> HMSA offices on Oahu, KauaiHawaii Island and Maui closed
>> Child and Family Services on all islands closed
>> YMCA of Honolulu branches closed and programs canceled through Saturday.
>> Hawaii Pacific Health medical centers: O‘ahu facilities (Kapi‘olani Medical Center for Women & Children, Pali Momi Medical Center, Straub Medical Center), all outpatient clinics and services; Kaua‘i facilities (Wilcox Medical Center and Kaua‘i Medical Clinic), Wilcox Medical Center is operating normally and will continue to monitor the storm for updates; all Kaua‘i Medical Clinic locations, with the exception of the Kaua‘i Urgent Care Clinic.

BANKING
>> American Savings Bank branches on Hawaii island, Maui, Molokai and the UH-Manoa campus Branch will be closed Friday. In addition, Oahu and Kauai branches will remain closed on Friday.
>> Bank of Hawaii branches on Maui closed Friday; On Oahu all branches and in-store branches will close Friday; all five branches on Kauai will close on Friday.
>> First Hawaiian Bank Oahu branches closed Friday. Kauai branches closed on Friday and Saturday.
>> Central Pacific Bank: All branches. Online banking, mobile banking, and ATMs will remain operational.
SHOPPING
>> >> Royal Hawaiian Center will reopen and resume regular operating hours on Saturday at 10 a.m.
>>All six Walmart stores on Oahu will close at 10 p.m. Friday, and are tentatively scheduled to reopen on Saturday at 8 a.m., pending weather conditions. The four Walmart stores on the neighbor islands continue normal operating hours.
