HELCO answers questions in Pahoa

Hawaii Electric Light Co. representatives are setting up shop at the Pahoa County Council Office through the end of June.

Starting Thurday, customer care representatives will be available to meet with HELCO customers from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. every Thursday in June. Customers may visit for information on electrical safety, emergency preparedness, restoration, and customer accounts and billing.

The office is located at 15-2879 Pahoa Village Road.

Information for customers affected by the ongoing Kilauea volcano eruptions also can be found at www.hawaiielectriclight.com/lava. Customers also may call 969-6999 for questions regarding their electric account.
