Patient arrested after assaulting nurse at Kailua hospital
Police arrested a 53-year-old woman who allegedly assaulted a 34-year-old nurse who was treating her at a Kailua hospital.
Police said the patient was receiving treatment at the hospital and the nurse was attending to her when she physically assaulted her at 4:45 a.m. today, causing pain.
Police arrested the woman at 10 a.m. today on suspicion of second-degree assault, and she remains in police custody.
