Police seek suspects in Kapaa school break-in

Kauai police are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying those responsible for stealing laptops from Kapaa High School last month.

According to police, the thief or thieves gained access to a portable classroom via a louvered window sometime between Jan. 27 and Jan. 29. Seven black HP Chromebook laptop computers, valued at approximately $1,120 total, were taken.

Anyone with information about the burglary is asked to call 241-1711. Those wishing to remain anonymous may call Kauai CrimeStoppers at 246-8300
