A traffic accident this morning forced the closure of the Kaneohe-bond lanes of the H-3 freeway near the tunnel.
One lane of the H-3 freeway near the tunnel in the Kaneohe-bound direction has reopened this morning after a traffic accident this morning.
As of 11 a.m., traffic in the area remained backed up nearly a mile before the tunnel.
No serious injuries were immediately reported.
