Erik Scheive, Austin Pope and Jeff Bridges each recorded 13 points for the Silverswords (13-6, 8-4 PacWest). Pope added eight assists.
Niksha Federico finished with 19 points and six steals and Spencer Vering added 15 points for the Sharks (10-9, 5-6).
HPU women beat Silverswords
Alysha Marcucci finished with 19 points and eight rebounds as the Hawaii Pacific women’s basketball team beat Chaminade 73-42 on Saturday at Blaisdell Arena.
Jessi Reeves had 14 points and 10 rebounds and Janessa Manzano added 13 points for the Sharks (16-2, 10-1 PacWest).
Destiny Castro scored 14 points for the Silverswords (1-13, 1-11).

Swish rout Vipers in ABA
The Hawaii Swish ran their season record in the American Basketball Association to 2-0 with a 139-79 rout of the Chicago Vipers on Friday night at Blaisdell Arena.
Seven Swish players scored in double figures: Leon Ballard (26 points), Charlie Aslesen (23), Geremy Robinson (22), J.R. Broadus (16), Pii Minns (13), Sean Caddell (13) and Desmond Tautofi (11). The Vipers suited up just seven players in front of a crowd of a few hundred.
The Swish rescheduled a game originally set for Super Bowl Sunday and will play Feb. 25 against the Memphis Jazz at the Blaisdell.
