A 28-year-old Anahola man was arrested Tuesday after he posed as a customer at a car dealership and then drove off in one of the dealership’s SUVs, injuring an employee who jumped on the hood to stop him, Kauai police said.
Jovi Enrique was arrested for investigation of second-degree robbery, unauthorized control of a propelled vehicle, reckless endangering, criminal property damage, and driving without a license. His bail was set at $19,000.
Police found the Honda Pilot later that day and arrested him.
