A 24-year-old man was found critically stabbed Wednesday evening in downtown Honolulu.
Emergency Medical Services said paramedics responded to a call at the intersection of Nuuanu Avenue and North Vineyard Boulevard. They found a man with apparent stab wounds to the abdomen at about 6:24 p.m.
Paramedics treated and transported him in critical condition by ambulance to a trauma center.
Police were investigating, but no details were available.
Pedestrian in Waimanalo critically hurt
A 55-year-old man was taken to the hospital in critical condition Tuesday night after he was struck by a vehicle in Waimanalo.
The accident occurred at 41-1301 Kalanianaole Highway, near Waimanalo Elementary and Intermediate School, around 10 p.m.
Paramedics treated the man before taking him to a trauma center in critical condition. No other injuries were reported.
