Motorcyclist critically injured on Kunia Road
A 25-year-old motorcyclist was critically injured today when the motorcycle he was riding was struck by a truck, authorities said.
EMS paramedics treated him and transported him to an area hospital in critical condition.
Police got the call at 6:32 p.m.
EMS said the accident occurred near 94-1121 Kunia Road near the Hawaii Country Club.
The police Vehicular Homicide Section is investigating the crash.
Police closed at 7 p.m. Kunia Road between Wilikina Drive and Anonui Street. The road reopened at around 9:35 p.m.
