Man arrested for allegedly threatening people in Kailua
A 38-year-old man who allegedly threatened people in Kailua was arrested on suspicion of first-degree and second-degree terroristic threatening Thursday.
Police said the man verbally threatened victims at 4:07 p.m. and then threatened to harm a 38-year-old man with a dangerous instrument when the man confronted the suspect.
The suspect was located at 4:55 p.m. and arrested.
