Emma Tecklenburg finished with 16 kills and 12 digs as the Chaminade volleyball team defeated Seattle Pacific 25-23, 16-25, 15-25, 25-15, 15-11 on Saturday at McCabe Gym.
Olivia Turner had 16 kills for the Falcons (2-1).
In their second match of the day, the Silverswords lost to No. 8 Lewis 25-22, 25-19, 25-21.
Tecklenburg recorded 12 kills for the Silverswords (1-2).
Elizabeth Hyland had 14 kills for the Flyers (2-0).

Ho beats Marks for title in Spain
Hawaii’s Coco Ho beat Florida’s Carolina Marks 16.60 to 11.17 in the final of the Pull&Bear Pantin Classic Galicia Pro on Saturday in Playa de Pantin, Galicia, Spain.
Ho also beat Brazil’s Dominic Barona (semifinals), Ecuador’s Dominic Barona (quarterfinals) and Australia’s Macy Callaghan (round 4) on Saturday.
Ho also won last week’s event in France.
Santiago, Salas score as Vulcans win
Kayela Santiago scored at 56:08 and Jamie Salas added a goal at 86:06 as the Hawaii Hilo women’s soccer team beat Pace 2-0 on Saturday at Atherton Field.
Jenna Hufford made four saves for the Vulcans (1-0), who won their first season opener since 2013.
The Setters dropped to 0-2.
Cuerten scores twice for Sharks men
The Hawaii Pacific men’s soccer team scored four second-half goals to beat Hawaii Hilo 4-1 on Saturday at Atherton Field.
Josch Cuerten (51:09, 52:43), Gerrit Arzberger (66:47) and Christian Porras (84:29) scored for the Sharks (1-0).
Xahil McDonald scored at 37:16 for the Vulcans (0-1).
