Hawaiian Airlines said Wednesday it is upgrading its Honolulu-Sapporo service to Airbus A330-200 aircraft that will feature lie-flat seating and premium economy seating beginning in February.
Since initiating Sapporo service in October 2012, Hawaiian has carried about 200,000 people aboard its thrice-weekly flights on a Boeing 767-300ER. With the introduction of the A330, passengers will be able to choose either Premium Cabin with lie-flat seating, Extra Comfort premium economy and the Main Cabin. The Premium Cabin features 18 lie-flat leather seats that extend into 180-degree beds at 20.5 inches wide and 76 inches long. The Extra Comfort option features 36 inches of seat pitch, priority boarding, a complimentary amenity kit and a personal power outlet.
Bankoh offers OIA ‘Hawaiimoji’ stickers
Bank of Hawaii has released a new version of “Hawaiimoji” stickers that are available through the Hawaiimoji App.
The updated version introduces a set of eight new stickers and 26 Oahu Interscholastic Association high school logos. There are 63 stickers available overall.
Users of iPhones can add Hawaiimoji stickers into the iMessage App. Hawaiimoji is also available for download through Google Play for Android users.
The bank is putting on a Hawaiimoji Blitz texting contest to support OIA athletic departments. Each week, with the exception of next week, OIA teams will be selected to enter the Hawaiimoji Blitz contest. The school with the highest usage of its logo sticker through the Hawaiimoji App in iMessage during the entry period will be awarded $2,000 from the bank. The runner-up will win $500. All winners will be announced during halftime at each game as well as via the bank’s Facebook page.
