Police search for would-be robber after store worker is struck
Police are looking for a male suspect who allegedly attempted to rob a retail establishment in Honolulu.
Shortly after 9 p.m. Tuesday, police said the suspect entered the establishment and brandished a dangerous instrument. He demanded money from a 57-year-old man and struck him in the face, causing a minor laceration to his nose.
Police said the suspect then fled. No property or cash was taken from the establishment.
