Man arrested in Kalihi Peeping Tom case
Police arrested a 19-year-old man after he allegedly used an electronic device to capture images of a 21-year-old woman who was undressing inside her residence in Kalihi.
Police said the suspect captured images of the victim Friday. The suspect and victim are not known to one another.
Police arrested the 19-year-old man Sunday afternoon on Robello Lane on suspicion of violation of privacy in the first-degree.
