Green Bay Packers defensive lineman Letroy Guion smelled of alcohol and marijuana, stumbled when he walked and spoke with slurred speech when police pulled him over in a Porsche in Waikiki.
His blood alcohol level was .086 percent about an hour after his early morning June 21 arrest for intoxicated driving, the Associated Press reported, citing a police report.
“Please, sir, it’s my birthday,” Guion told an officer, according to the records. “I can have someone else drive.”

Police arrested a 44-year-old woman after a property manager allegedly discovered her squatting at a vacation rental in Kahala.
The property manager arrived at the Kaimoku Place home in the affluent neighborhood at about 10:15 a.m. Wednesday and found the woman sleeping on a couch. Police said the suspect had been squatting at the vacation rental since June 7.
A Range Rover and Ford Bronco belonging to the 45-year-old property owner also were discovered missing from the enclosed garage. Police said the owner and his family live in Japan.

The suspect has an extensive criminal record that includes burglary, criminal trespassing, theft, identity theft, forgery, abuse of a family or household member and promotion of a dangerous drug.
