Rehabilitation Hospital of the Pacific has announced the following promotion and new hire:

>> Susie Gabriel to vice president of outpatient services from assistant vice president. She has 25 years of nursing experience, including as nurse manager and director of the hospital’s Cardiac Health Program and the Physician’s Clinic.

>> Colbert Seto as chief information officer. He has 30 years of experience in electrical engineering and technological strategic planning, including working at American Savings Bank and Hawaii Pacific Health.

Pali Momi Medical Center has announced the following new physicians:

>> Dr. Jeffrey M. Bender, adult cardiology

>> Dr. Briana J. Lau-Amii, general surgery and surgical oncology
