Freshman opposite Rado Parapunov put down 16 kills and No. 4 Hawaii won its ninth straight today, sweeping Lindenwood 25-21, 25-18, 26-24 in a nonconference volleyball match in St. Charles, Mo.
Sophomore hitter Brett Rosenmeier added a career-high 15 kills and junior libero Tui Tuileta 10 digs for the Rainbow Warriors (14-2), off to their best start since opening 14-1 in 1996. Hawaii rested a number of starters in its fourth match in six days.
