Trump lashes out at federal judge over ruling on travel ban

ASSOCIATED PRESS

Washington state Solicitor General Noah Purcell, left, and Attorney General Bob Ferguson, right, listen to questions from reporters, following a hearing in federal court Friday, Feb. 3, 2017, in Seattle.

PALM BEACH, Fla. >> President Donald Trump lashed out Saturday at “this so-called judge” who put a nationwide hold on his executive order denying entry to the U.S. to refugees and to people from seven predominantly Muslim countries. The ruling set in motion another weekend of confusion and chaos around the country.

The White House pledged to swiftly appeal the federal judge’s ruling late Friday, but that didn’t appear to be enough for Trump, who vented his frustrations on Twitter.

“The opinion of this so-called judge, which essentially takes law-enforcement away from our country, is ridiculous and will be overturned!” Trump said.

The government moved quickly to comply with the judge’s order. The State Department reversed visa cancellations for foreigners, and the Homeland Security Department said it’s no longer directing airlines to prevent affected visa-holders from boarding U.S.-bound flights.

Up to 60,000 foreigners had their visas “provisionally revoked” to comply with Trump’s order, which the president has said will keep Americans safe at home by keeping potential terrorists from entering the country.

Trump also said Saturday on Twitter that “when a country is no longer able to say who can and who cannot come in & out, especially for reasons of safety & security — big trouble!”

U.S. District Judge James Robart in Seattle ruled late Friday against government lawyers’ claims that Washington state and Minnesota, which sued over the ban, lacked the legal grounds to challenge Trump’s order. Robart said the states showed that their case was likely to succeed.

White House press secretary Sean Spicer said late Friday that the Justice Department would appeal the “outrageous” order “at the earliest possible time. Spicer quickly issued an amended statement that deleted “outrageous.”

“The president’s order is intended to protect the homeland and he has the constitutional authority and responsibility to protect the American people,” Spicer said, calling the order both lawful and appropriate.

Trump billed the action as necessary to stop “radical Islamic terrorists” from coming to the U.S.

The order included a 90-day ban on travel to the U.S. by citizens of Iraq, Syria, Iran, Sudan, Libya, Somalia or Yemen, a 120-day suspension of the U.S. refugee program, and an indefinite bar against admitting Syrian refugees.

The decision sparked protests nationwide and confusion at airports as some travelers were detained. More protests were planned for this weekend, including at Trump’s estate in Palm Beach, Florida, where he is spending the weekend.

Last week, U.S. District Judge Ann Donnelly in New York issued an emergency order after lawyers for the American Civil Liberties Union filed a court petition on behalf of people from the seven countries who were detained at airports nationwide as the ban took effect.

Donnelly’s order addressed only a portion of Trump’s order, and barred U.S. border agents from removing anyone who arrived in the U.S. with a valid visa from the seven countries. Robart’s decision was more sweeping in scope.

Saturday was not the first instance of Trump criticizing a federal judge, a member of an independent branch of the government.

During the presidential campaign, Trump repeatedly criticized the federal judge who was presiding over a lawsuit brought by former students of Trump University. Trump claimed that U.S. District Judge Gonzalo Curiel, who was born in Indiana, had an “absolute conflict” in handling the case because he is “of Mexican heritage.” Trump launched his presidential campaign with a harsh description of Mexican immigrants as rapists and drug dealers.

Trump recently agreed to pay $25 million to settle the lawsuits against Trump University.

Dictators don’t like it when someone makes them follow the rules. Trump’s order won’t make America safer from Islamic terrorism or any other kind. It’s just part of Steve Bannon’s crusade against Muslims. The people who get visas have already gone through extreme vetting. Bannon/Trump won’t be happy until it’s impossible for any Muslim to enter.

    • latenightroach says:

Go ahead and sympathize with those countries who sponsor terror groups you traitor.
And don’t cry for help if some fanatic comes charging at you with a machete yelling Allahu Akbar.

      • Vector says:

Latenight, you have supported Russian hacking of our Presidential election, and Trump’s cozying up to dictator and Communist Putin, that makes you the traitor.

      • HawaiiCheeseBall says:

The problem is that the so called travel restrictions were so fake. The guys who attacked us on 9-11 were mostly Saudis and Egyptian, yet the ban did not include Saudi Arabia or Egypt. The guys who bombed the Boston Marathon were originally from Kyrgyzstan before coming to the US. Yet Kyrgyzstan is not covered by the ban, and the San Bernardino shooters were Pakistani (one was born in the USA) but Pakistan, which is a country that seems to support folks like the Taliban is not on the list. This whole so called ban does not keep us safe as it excludes countries whose citizens have actually attacked us. It was really just a political ploy to feed red eat to the Trump’s base.

      • klastri says:

latenightroach – The problem is (and of course, you don’t understand or won’t admit this) is that Mr. Trump has business dealings in and with the countries that actually did export terror to the U.S. Oddly, none of them are on this list. Go figure!

And since he has made it clear that he’s in this job for the money, he’s going to lash out at Muslims any way he can without jeopardizing his business.

You also don’t seem to understand that we have a Constitution. No person can soil it like Trump has and wants to.

The real traitors here are people who would throw away the Constitution. Like you, for instance.

        • Waterman2 says:

        • kuroiwaj says:

IRT Klastri, now that it’s in the Federal Courts, let’s back off and let the Court system resolve the President Trump’s Executive Order on the Temporary ban of travel from the 7 Countries. We can provide a lot of words, but it’s the Federal Courts that will decide.

        • klastri says:

kuroiwaj – No. Writing here won’t stop the work in the courts, but the more people know about Trump’s spectacular incompetence, racism and cruelty, the better.

        • kuroiwaj says:

IRT Klastri, or everyone will learn of the “Fake News” provided by the liberal Left Democrats blowing smoke. And, you may be dragged into that incompetent and racist group in the end. Be cautious.

    • wiliki says:

True… we should be pass discriminating against religion. But with the Trump administration we forget the bigotry there.

    • GONEGOLFIN says:

This is the problem: People such as yourself keep referring to “Muslims”, when in fact, it is “terrorists” that is the problem. Yet, We the people, keep trying to drag Muslim into the equation, which brings into the picture religious prejudice.
And you, go right on promoting racial and religious biases, when in fact, it is the terrorism that we are trying to beat down.

      • saveparadise says:

Not all Muslims from these countries are terrorist but all terrorists from these countries are Muslim. If you can positively differentiate between the two please report to Homeland Security and the FBI immediately.

  2. Bothrops says:

It’s the Constitution, stupid. Read it.

    • Ronin006 says:

If you are so smart, please cite the specific section or sections of the Constitution being violated by Trump’s executive order. Be specific.

      • NanakuliBoss says:

Site a specific part of the constitution that names those countries as hostile.

      • bumbye says:

Remember when “Miss Information” Conway asked why we go with “what’s come out of his mouth rather than what’s in his heart”? Giuliani said he was asked how to make a ban on MUSLIMS legal. So I guess we know what was in his heart, and it’s religion-based.

      • Ronin006 says:

NanakuliBoss, I am very impressed by your very informed and intelligent reply. They are contained in the Common Sense Clause which gives the President the authority to do what he is doing.

      • klastri says:

Ronon006 – You asked for it.

        1. Equal Protection. This order raises discrimination concerns surrounding the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment, singling out individuals for their religion and nationality by focusing on seven predominantly Muslim countries. Additionally, our immigration laws already forbid such discrimination in issuing visas.

        2. First Amendment. The order raises religious freedom concerns, including issues surrounding the ban on government establishment of religion. The law suspends admission of all refugees but asks the secretary of homeland security to “prioritize refugee claims” by members of a “minority religion” in a given country. This effectively means explicitly de-prioritizing Muslim refugees in majority-Muslim countries. As Mark Joseph Stern has explained, the apparent preference for Christians of the order itself as well as Trump’s long history of comments supporting a “Muslim ban” will not help the law’s success in the courts.

        3. Due Process. The procedures used to enforce the order, if they can be called procedures, are arbitrary. Past Supreme Court cases have permitted individuals to be excluded at the border but only after some modicum of individualized review and administrative process, authorized by laws and regulations. A lack of due process under the Fifth and 14th amendments for those affected should not be hard to show, considering the hasty, sweeping changes enacted without administrative process or legislation, confusion on the ground, and reports of outright refusal to follow court orders. Moreover, green card holders have enhanced rights compared to non-green card holders against arbitrary treatment.*

        4. Habeas Corpus. Lawyers at airports have been filing habeas corpus petitions around the clock for people being detained. In recent years, the Supreme Court strengthened the protections of habeas corpus for noncitizens repeatedly in rulings in cases brought by Guantánamo detainees. Less known were earlier rulings strengthening protections for noncitizens in detention facing removal, such as Zadvydas v. Davis. The national security or “plenary” power over immigration did not faze the justices in such rulings.

        5. Family Reunification Rights.* The tragic stories of separated families bring out yet another constitutional right at stake that few have commented on: The Supreme Court has repeatedly recognized the importance of the fundamental right to family relationships. Family reunification is also of primary importance in immigration law.

The Supreme Court’s ruling in Obergefell v. Hodges emphasized how multiple constitutional rights magnified the harm of denying same-sex couples the right to marry. “The Due Process Clause and the Equal Protection Clause are connected in a profound way,” Justice Anthony Kennedy wrote for the majority. The constitutional violations in that case were made worse because there was discrimination—over something as important as the fundamental right to marry. Today, these constitutional violations are worse because the order discriminates on the basis of religion, nationality, and ethnicity, over rights as important as due process, the right to family relationships, and the right not to be excluded unlawfully. The equal protection, due process, First Amendment, habeas, and fundamental rights violations that we describe are important standing along but even more devastating to the legality of the order when seen in tandem. As we have written in a 2015 article, constitutional rights magnify their power when they share reinforcing interests.*

There will always be cases where national security interests outweigh constitutional rights. But those should be handled on a case-by-case basis and not as a ban that stereotypes and discriminates against an entire group of people. Lawmakers should step in to reaffirm through legislation that national security regulation can be done right, and constitutionally. In the meantime, the courts should strike down this order as unconstitutional in its entirety.*

Is that clear enough? Good luck trying to understand any of it.

Thanks to Kerry Abrams, J.D. and Brandon Garrett, J.D. for assisting with this research.

Trump is being out-smarted (no surprise there) and out maneuvered by hundreds of lawyers who have joined forces to stop his illegal and unconstitutional nonsense. Trump, obviously, is profoundly mentally ill.

        • saveparadise says:

The president’s authority to declare such suspensions can been found in section 212(f) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, the pertinent part of which reads as follows:

“(f) Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate.”

“A visa does not guarantee entry into the United States. A visa allows a foreign citizen to travel to the U.S. port-of-entry, and the Department of Homeland Security U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) immigration inspector authorizes or denies admission to the United States.”

Not sure how all this is going to play out in a court of law but I do know that it would not be the first time some loud mouth condescending bloggers would end up being the south end of a north bound donkey.

      • Vector says:

Equal protection under the law, in the Constitution, Trump cannot ban a whole religious group from entering the country. Like you cannot discriminate against any race, any sex, any belief, religious or secular, any sexuality, any culture, any religion, any political party.

        • saveparadise says:

Trump’s argument will be that this is not discrimination but to defend against an anonymous enemy of which we cannot identify. All of us would like to deny that terrorism does not exist and once we allow it to enter our homeland it will be impossible to extricate. We must set strict standards in regards to who comes and goes. Security experts will argue if the Constitution was written at a time of peace or a time of an unconventional war. Common sense can prevail over the Bible as well as a Constitution written on values.

  3. Vector says:

Trump’s Muslim refugee ban does not include Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Kazakstan, Indonesia, Malaysia, all Muslim majority countries. 17 of the terrorists on 911 were from Saudi Arabia. Saudi Arabia has also spread Salafism, the extremist form of Islam. Pakistan was the refuge of Bin Laden for many years. So if Trump is trying to protect the US from Muslim terrorists, why are these countries excluded from his travel ban? Does Trump have business interests and investments in those countries, Trump branded hotels, oil investments, other conflicts of interest. There needs to be more transparency of Trump’s business empire, and releasing his tax returns would show his relationship with all these Muslim countries and with other countries in the world, especially Russia.

        • Cricket_Amos says:

I was referring to the Attorney General.

        • klastri says:

Cricket_Amos – A “leftie?” So what? What does that have to do with the judge who wrote the ruling?

    • GONEGOLFIN says:

Vector, You and about 10 million other brainless people are trying to make this a Muslim thing. IT IS NOT! It is a terrorist thing. Stop trying to drag the Muslims in on this.

      • klastri says:

It’s a Muslim thing. There isn’t any doubt about it. Mr. Guiliani confirmed it.

      • saveparadise says:

Are the terrorists in these countries not of the Muslim faith? Can you recognize a good Muslim? Here is a hint, they may be black, they may be white, they may be male, they may be female, they may be age 30, they may be age 12, they might have a smiley face, they might frown a lot, they might speak English, they might speak French, now tell us who they are.

    • dontbelieveinmyths says:

So it’s not a Muslim ban then. Right? You can’t say it’s a Muslim ban if it doesn’t specifically say Muslim. It’s a ban on people from certain regions.

  4. Bothrops says:

    It’s the Constitution, read it.

  5. Kukuinunu says:

I am proud to live in a state which has the values exemplified by our AG. I am proud to live in a country where the rule of law, and the constitution can prevail. During the debates the challenge, unanswered at the time, was “have you read the constitution”? Today, the answer appears to be no, at least among the WH “advisors”.

    • yogaman says:

I’m not. Maybe you should go the Germany, France and other European countries where they let refugees pour in and do not vett immigration as strongly as they should. My bet is they would applaud our president’s efforts.

      • klastri says:

You need to read the Constitution. Both you and Mr. Trump have obviously not done that.

        • Ronin006 says:

Klastri, could you please cite the specific provision or provisions of the Constitution being violated by Trump’s executive?

        • yogaman says:

The underlying problem is not the interpretation of the constitution, it’s all of the President’s detractors who are trying to find anything to delegitimize the President’s authority. The President put this executive order to temporarily halt immigration from 7 terrorist countries which the Obama administration identified, for 90 days so they could re-institute a more effective vetting process to help keep our safe.

Why can’t you gives this president a chance? As a retired veteran, I appreciate safety and I should not have to worry about getting blown up or shot randomly when I travel the US or go to an event. We all derserve to live in the security blanket and safety of this great country which many of us fought for in wars we never should have been in the first place. Whether this executive order leads to actions to keep Americans safe still remains to be seen but at least this president is taking action.

        • klastri says:

yogaman – He was given a chance and he blew it. The fight is on. The ACLU raised six years worth of money in one weekend after Trump signed the impossibly botched and defective Muslim ban. Lawyers by the thousands are volunteering to file and try cases against him.

No more chances. The courts will stop him.

        • yogaman says:

Desert Storm, Desert Shield, Afghanistan, Mogadishu , 9/11, Global War Against Terror, ISIS,… let’s not fight each other when enemies have and continue to try to compromise our freedom everyday.
          God help us…

      • ghstar says:

Maybe yogaman should go to Iran or Somalia where they have a theocracy

        • yogaman says:

Few things are more commonly misunderstood than the nature and meaning of theocracy. It is commonly assumed to be a dictatorial rule by self-appointed men who claim to rule for God. In reality, theocracy in Biblical law is the closest thing to a radical libertarianism that can be had. In Biblical law, the only civil tax was the head or poll tax, the same for all males twenty years of age and older (Ex. 30:16). This tax provided an atonement or covering for people, i.e., the covering of civil protection by the state as a ministry of justice (Rom. 13:1-4). This very limited tax was continued by the Jews after the fall of Jerusalem, and, from 768-900 A.D.,

  6. keaukaha says:

Now we know why the fu-k–g idi-t went through multiple bankruptcies.

  7. klastri says:

Trump definitely wants to be a dictator. He is now criticizing a conservative senior federal judge (appointed by G.W. Bush) which validates that Trump does not value the rule of law or the Constitution.

Sooner or later, even Trump’s slavish followers will realize that he is mentally ill. No President, ever, speaks about the independent judiciary in this manner. Never. He is going to have a very rough ride in the courts, and there’s nothing he can do about. He cannot fire federal judges. The ACLU and other groups are falling over themselves to file lawsuits, so he can expect one federal judge after another to rule against every illegal or unconstitutional move he makes.

Trump is obviously a psychotic. The hope among a lot of the legal community is that Trump has a complete meltdown from people telling him NO for the first time in his sheltered life, and he hands the job over to Mr. Pence. Mr. Pence and I disagree on a lot of things, but at least he is not insane.

The Washington State AG who argued the request to temporarily block Trump’s ban also brought similar suits against Obama. The AG and the judge used the precedent of a lawsuit brought and won by Republicans as one basis for his ruling. I hold Bannon as responsible for, this more than Trump. Bannon is deceiving and using Trump to advance his use of chaos and disruption to bring down the government– all the executive orders, ignoring congress, not reading and vetting the orders but just throw 30 to 50 orders out there. Bannon is not letting other staffers and attorneys see the orders before Trump signs.

Sadly, you are correct. The terrible way this administration is starting out explains why Trump’s job approval rating is falling every single day.

This is why we have an independent judiciary. No one would be able to locate a spine in an x-ray of Mr. Ryan, so the House is not going to stop Mr. Trump. It will be the court that stops him.

Why would it matter? The judge is an American citizen, sworn to uphold the constitution, like our president. His personal beliefs shouldn’t come into question, unless they lead to a bias that can be provably shown to influence his decision. The idea that all belivers in Islam are terrorists out to destroy our country is rubbish, and the idea of singling out a particular race or religion for governmental treatment is what brought us World War II.

I applaud the State AGs in Washington, Hawaii and the other states. Keep it up. Don’t let king-in-own-mind Trump the first rule like a dictator, royalty, fuehrer, or duce. It’s going to be a long 4 years for nutcase Trump and a great time for constitutional and civil rights lawyers.

    • koleanui says:

Gee, under the same clauses, 32 States sued Odumbo over O-care and a majority of States sued (over questions of constitutionality) Odumbo over illegal aliens and the Border. How did that turn out? You egomaniac Dems and your judge self-appointed demi-gods will not prevail to keep the U.S. weak and unprotected!

      • klastri says:

koleanui – Staes sued and lost at the Supreme Court. The act was not struck down.

The Democrats will prevail here, because Mr. Trump cannot be a dictator. The U.S. is not weak and unprotected. Why do you lie like this?

  20. Marauders_1959 says:

I don’t see why we can’t keep “potential terrorists from entering the country.”

I would keep “by keeping potential terrorists from entering my home”.
    What’s the difference ?

    • klastri says:

You have misstated what Mr. Trump did. He enacted a Muslin ban. You can do that in your home. Mr. Trump has the Constitution standing in his way. He needs to learn that.

      • NP5491 says:

klastri> Enough of your poison tongue. Get a grip of your self and cool head. This whole thing is that everybody has their own interpretation of what is in the constitution, and they all have their own way of understanding it. Try not to put your emotions into deciphering what the constitution really says. Red verbatim and not try to “read between the lines” and you’ll get the point. The EO doesn’t specify “muslims” or any religious groups. It identifies countries that have been places where terrorism has flourished. As a temporary measure for the safety of yourself, your family and the rest of us citizens of the USA, the POTUS felt it necessary to initiate the EO. Somewhat premature in some ways, but the immediacy of this action was to prevent the terrorist from having advance notice and thereby loading up on sending their people to the USA. When something is clear cut and obvious, you all try to add all kinds of crooked angles the the issue and then becomes convoluted with dodo. Let things flow like in nature, don’t try to add, block or change the meaning of the original issue. After reading a lot of the posts, we are all defending our personal place in the matter and the smell of the vicious taste of disagreement is inherent but not necessary. Now go for it.

  21. Ronin006 says:

I predict that in a few days, liberals rejoicing at Judge Robart TEMPORARY restraining order will discover it is just that, temporary, because the Trump administration, on appeal, will prevail in its claim that the Executive Order is Constitutional. Your gloating will be short-lived.

  22. wiliki says:

There’s a lot of suits…. Trump will realize the govt has it’s limits the hard way.

  23. nomu1001 says:

Trump’s executive orders becoming a dog and pony show. He will need to work with both Republicans and Democrats. Walking back on issues, as they should, as reality sets in.

    • Waterman2 says:

You mean like Obama did ?

    • jussayin says:

Agree that for law creation and revision, he’ll need to work with Congress. However, Trump’s executive orders is the same path that Obama took as he was unable to break the gridlock on the hill. It’s just amazing how fast Trump is pushing issues along, good or bad depending on where you sit. And yup, he’s going to find out how slow the government is to change as compared to a business. But maybe he’ll do some innovative things to make the government more businesslike; LOL, wishful thinking. Unfortunately it’s nearly impossible to change the system so the best he can do is hiring freezes, budget controls, eliminate non-productive executive orders [yes, there are at least some if not many], etc. It’s understandable folks are frustrated but we may want to take a step back and think about why Trump won, e.g. nearly half of Americans reached their limit on politics as usual [and Obama is a key reason for this although SA won’t talk about it since they’re pro-Obama]. The great news is: tomorrow is Super Bowl Sunday : )

    • koleanui says:

You mean like Odumbo and Reid, as they destroyed the U.S. for 8 years?

  24. MoiLee says:

For now President Trump can simply Monitor the refugees presently coming into the US,until an appeal has been reached.
However,if a threat or Terrorist attacks does result from inflow of these specific refugees? President Trump will have a lot of Ammo to question the Judges credibility and reasoning for this “Hold” on the Temporary Ban . This will definitely be a “I told you so kinda Moment”! Should something Tragic happen.

I’m all for compromise and reasoning.
The president has an obligation to protect the American People! So how are these Judges going to Protect you?

    • klastri says:

By protecting the Constitution. That is what the Presidential Oath demands. Protect and defend the Constitution. There isn’t anything in there about making cowards feel less afraid.

Cowardice is an awful thing to suffer with.

  25. NanakuliBoss says:

Folks, this will be 24/7 with this clowns. Putin’$ puppet.

    • koleanui says:

Get some knowledge. It was Odumbo and Hilary who gave into Putin and let him do whatever he wished. we will be better off when Trump deals, from strength, with Putin. Your puppet belief is Fake news, Even Wikileaks said he got his material from Dems and their hackable computers, not Russia.

  26. samidunn says:

    Another politician in robes

  27. Valleyisle57 says:

Well well well, Chump, isn’t the god he thought he was !!!

    • koleanui says:

And neither are your fake news, propaganda media moguls either!

      • Valleyisle57 says:

Don’t be so mad Chumpster. There will be MANY more embarrassments for the Chump!!!!!

        • NP5491 says:

Valleyisles57> Trump isn’t a god, nor did he profess to be one. You are being slanderous and uninformed about what the heck is going on. So far in my evaluation of POTUS, he is doing a terrific job, but handicapped by the slow and obstructionist Senate DEMs. He needs to have his full cabinet confirmed so that he can forge ahead and do more for the country. In two weeks he has done more than BHO did in 8 years. Many years ago a friend of mind said that the arabs (muslims/islamist) would procreate millions more to saturate the world and then have an uprising world wide an kill all of the infidels (BTW its we the people). Without knowingly thinking of this prediction, they are basically accomplishing that with all the worldwide immigration and refugees flowing out of the middle eastern countries. Their ultimate goal is world domination, period.

        • Valleyisle57 says:

Slanderous? Seriously? This clown has made promise after promise and then changes his story as he sees fit. He tweets rather than address the nation. He ridicules those that oppose him and makes sure that he does it in the most arrogant and vindictive way possible. And you call me slanderous!!!

  28. saveparadise says:

  29. RYMATS says:

I think that the people who support the mass immigration of Muslim groups into a Christian environment need to look at the results of Austria, France, Germany, etc. and the impact it has had on their public systems. It has gotten so out of hand that it is becoming a nightmare for these countries to maintain for their own citizens. These immigrants are coming here because they live under tyrannical rule and are oppressed and Christians can relate & sympathize to this. But Americans should realize that allowing Islam to enter in masses into the country will change many local cultures and way of life as they do not assimilate well with opposing religions and views. If they can swear allegiance to our country and democratic values, can demonstrate self sufficiency, religious tolerance, respect for women and are willing to contribute to America’s goals, by all means welcome. Otherwise stay home and fix your own countries ills by gathering and protesting like you do in America. Oh, and take our liberals with you to show them how well your gathered voices are tolerated and how a real dictator answers.

    • NP5491 says:

RYMATS> Good post. You almost hit the nail on the head. Consider my previous post to”Valleyisles57″ and you’ll see that you are very close to the truth. Yes, they think that they can come to the US and do their own thing, like follow shia law and apply their cultural ways upon us. I for one, don’t care about the muslims, because they are very sneaky people. Not all, like in any ethnic group there are good ones and bad ones. The muslin woman who was inciting the Women’s March is a relative of an islamic terrorist. And she is a total hypocrite. She should be thrown in jail. Madonna should be arrested and questioned about her thinking about blowing up the WH. Freedom of speech on fine, but inciting civil disorder and violence should not be tolerated. There is a point when FOS becomes BS. Have a nice day.
