Bethanee Hanaike scored two goals and Ciana Rivera added another to lead Castle to a 3-1 victory over Campbell in the quarterfinals of the OIA Division I girls soccer playoffs at Mililani on Tuesday.
The Knights (9-1-1) allowed their first goal in four matches when Chardonnay Curran found the back of the net for the Sabers (7-2-3), but still managed to advance to Thursday’s semifinals against defending OIA champion Mililani.
The host Trojans pulled out a win over Kapolei, 2-1 in penalty kicks. Mililani (9-0-2) won the shootout 3-1.
The Sabers need a win over Kapolei (6-3-3) in today’s consolation semifinal at 5:30 p.m. at Roosevelt to clinch a state-tournament berth.
Moanalua 4, Aiea 0
Kelcie Sumida, Kimi Casupang, Sakari Bell and Alyssa Dela Pena all scored for Na Menehune (10-0-1), which advanced to play defending state champion Pearl City in the semifinals on Thursday.
Na Alii (7-2-3) will face Kahuku with a spot in the state tournament at stake today at 7 p.m. at Roosevelt.

Reigning Honolulu Star-Advertiser state player of the year Sunshine Fontes scored a hat trick and the Chargers extended their state-tournament streak to 34 years with a win over the Red Raiders.
Daelenn Tokunaga added two goals and Randi Fontes and Caylie Uyema added a goal apiece for Pearl City (8-2-1), which last missed the state tournament in 1983.
Jordan Abregano scored the lone goal for the Red Raiders (8-3-1).

‘Iolani 6, Mid-Pacific 1
Kylie Kim-Bustillos scored three goals and Shantel Torres-Benito added two as the Raiders (9-0-2) clinched a state-tournament berth with a win over the Owls (2-8-1).
Sam Masca also scored for ‘Iolani, which clinched one of the ILH’s two berths when Kamehameha lost to Punahou.

Layala Santos scored the only goal to give the Buffanblu (9-1-1) a win over the Warriors (8-2-1). Punahou needs a win or a tie against Pac-Five on Saturday to clinch the other state tournament berth in the ILH and can win the league outright with a win and an ‘Iolani loss to Kamehameha.
The Warriors need a win over ‘Iolani and a Buffanblu loss to Pac-Five to force a second-place tiebreaker for a state berth.

Chelsie Depone scored the only goal for the Wolfpack (6-5), who will represent the ILH in the Division II state tournament.
